MY UNLIKELY INRO TO THE WORLD OF EBIKES
During a MTB ride in Taiwan, I got terribly lost.
An e-bike rider rescued me or I may have never got off the mountain that day.
Later I discovered the person who rescued me managed an eMTB factory, assembling e-bikes for EU brands.
Lucky for me , he invited me over to his company.
After test riding a few different types of electric bikes I was blown away.
I just knew other South Africans like me would love to experience this exhilarating experience too.
Challenge : Gathering a team of like-minded people as passionate as I to get started in Cape Town.
Thus the birth of Chilled Squirrel in 2014.
Riding a bike is probably one of the many outdoor things you love to do?
Besides Cycling , many of us like other activities such as Fishing , Snorkelling, Swimming, Surfing, Supping , Camping, Golf, skateboarding and so on.
Therefore we regularly add other types of Outdoor products.

Each time we build an e-bike or convert a bike to an e-bike ,GREENPOP plants a tree for You !
A certificate of appreciation is issued by Greenpop thanking each individual for their contribution to the environment .
And provides GPS Co-ordinates for the tree planted.
