If you are not happy with any of the products received from Chilled Squirrel : please inform us within 48 hours of receiving it. We are happy to let you exchange the product for another or get credit towards the purchase of another product.

In the case of a defective or damaged product to be returned we will deliver a new product to you.
Please note that delivery fees for any repairs or product replacements will be covered by the customer.
